Timothy C. White

Passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals and secure their future. With years of experience in the financial industry, I have had the privilege of working with clients from various backgrounds and guiding them toward financial success.

Tim has been in financial services since January 2008. Tim relocated to Florida from Wisconsin in 2004. Tim, Heather, and their daughter Kieralyn live in Eustis, Florida, and attend The Church of the Lakes in Leesburg, Florida. Tim enjoys traveling with his family, watching and playing sports, scuba diving and is an avid outdoorsman and hunter.

Her expertise extends beyond financial retirement decisions to encompass advanced training in Long Term Care strategies, clarification of clients' Life Insurance options (whether "Old" or "New"), and Tax Elimination - Wealth Transfer strategies. Barbara's extensive knowledge also encompasses the intricacies of Medicare.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Barbara enjoys an active family life with her husband, Jason, and their five children, along with their two cherished fur companions. Their leisure activities include boating, fishing, cruising, and pickleball.
Barbara holds steadfast to her strong Christian values and places a premium on cultivating enduring relationships with her clients.

Rob has a deep commitment to providing tailored insurance solutions. He holds licenses and certifications for life insurance, health insurance, and annuity contracts in Florida.
With an exemplary background, Rob proudly served six years in the United States Navy as an Information Systems Technician, First Class Petty Officer, and a Search and Rescue Swimmer.
Today, as a valuable member of the ARS team, he is dedicated to serving your unique insurance requirements.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Rob is an active member of the Church of the Lakes in Leesburg, FL, and has a passion for fitness and outdoor activities.

She is not only a Florida native but has also spent her entire life residing in Lake and Sumter County. Her deep connection to the community has given her a unique perspective on its growth and evolution over the years, and she is enthusiastic about contributing to the well-being of its residents.
Heather takes a comprehensive and relationship-focused approach to financial planning. She adheres to fiduciary obligations, prioritizing her client's interests above all else when crafting personalized financial plans. Her primary objective as a Financial Planner is to safeguard, improve, and simplify her clients' lives by setting clear financial goals and objectives. She aims to guide her clients toward financial freedom so they can pursue and enjoy the things that matter most to them.
Heather has two older children, Brian and Rianna, who live in Groveland, while Heather lives in Eustis, Florida, with her husband Tim, and their daughter, Kieralyn. They are actively involved members of The Church of the Lakes in Leesburg, Florida. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Heather has a range of interests and hobbies. She enjoys traveling with her family, camping, spending time in the great outdoors, horseback riding, and even scuba diving.
